RESPITE CARE MEMBERSHIP

Our temporary care services are designed to meet your families specific needs. Membership in the program means we will provide a temporary care provider for you on an as-needed basis. Whatever your reason for needing the service, our programs were created to give you comfort knowing that all it takes to find someone to care for your child with special needs is a phone call. Although we do not guarantee each request, as long as you give us enough notice we ensure your childcare needs are met. We can also schedule certain times each month to have someone come to your home and care for your child to give your family a break if needed.

• $250 Annual membership

§ Membership is charged annually and placement fee is charged each time the family requests a sitter

§ $25 per visit for use of a temporary nanny

• $450 Silver Annual Membership

§ No per day fee charged

§ Family received up to 40 nanny visits per year

§ *savings of $550 per year-equivalent to paying $11.25 per visit*

• $600 Gold Annual Membership

§ Membership is charged annually

§ No per day fee charged

§ Family receives up to 60 nanny visits per year

§ *savings of $900 per year-equivalent to paying $10.00 per visit*

• $1000 Priority Annual Membership

§ Membership is charged annually

§ No per day fee charged

§ Family receives unlimited nanny visits

§ Nanny may only work up to 10 hours a week. If the family would like her to work more hours and hire her on a consistent part-time basis, we will transition the membership into the part-time nanny program and charge 12% of annual salary, pro-rated.

Each Respite Care Provider must work a minimum of 4 hours and is paid $15 an hour by the family. The per-day agency fee for the annual membership option is calculated each month and charged to the credit card we have on file. If your family has a particularly wonderful experience with a certain provider we will certainly do our best to ensure the same provider is available for future engagements.
