Special Needs/Mental Health Issues
The idea of a family consultant is similar to that in the business world. Your family may benefit from our expertise in working with children with special needs. Parenting children with special needs is sometimes difficult and it's hard to always know what to do. Receiving some outside advice does not mean somethings wrong, it only means you are willing to do what it takes for your family.
The Consultant will help your family identify areas of concern, identify family strengths and develop an action plan to alleviate these concerns. The Consultant will provide guidance, support, and advice to the members of your family to address concerns relating to the identified issues and help guide the family toward their goals, whatever they may be. The Family Consultant will provide the family with a comprehensive report identifying strengths, needs, areas of improvement, and an action plan. It's our goal to be as thorough as possible with your family and to ensure we meet your every need.
If your family is seeing a therapist, we will work with that therapist to ensure their treatment goals are carried out in the home.
