Professional Family Consultants (PFC) is a specialized domestic staffing agency that provides customized nanny services to families with children who have specific environmental, behavioral or physical needs.

Specialized Nanny Program	Professional, college-educated nannies with backgrounds in social work, psychology, child and family development, education, and/or other similar fields. Our nannies are trained to care for and manage children with specific environmental, behavioral or physical needs.
Optional Comprehensive Reporting	Nannies are trained and able to create comprehensive family reports, detailing behavior difficulties, household management techniques, parenting patterns and strategies, and family dynamics. Our reports are designed to highlight family strengths and weakness and establish goals for improving behavior and overall quality of life. This special service is available for a minimal additional cost.
Nanny Qualifications	All of our nannies have professional degrees, with backgrounds working with children and families. Many also have Master's degrees and extensive experience working with children with behavioral challenges and implementing change strategies.
Customized Service	Our staff meets with families in their homes to assess their needs and to determine the most appropriate matches with qualified nannies. PFC provides at least three applicants for families to choose from and interview during the matching process.
Other Services Provided	PFC completes extensive background checks on all nannies. PFC also provides services to families with basic child care need and matches families with housekeepers, personal assistants, personal chefs, and/or other domestic staff.
